Post Scriptum is a WW2 simulation game, focusing on historical accuracy, large scale battles, a difficult learning curve and an intense need for cohesion, communication and teamwork.

You can command tanks and have crew as well as run infantry. Comms sound like 10th Mountain. Check out the video above :)

I'm interested in this game, but I want to see how it gets implemented.

What I like so far is that the loadouts seem to be historically accurate - mostly single fire rifles with iron sights.

TeamSpeak will be a bit of an issue, though, as the ability to communicate with ease with units that are out of earshot will spoil things a bit, but I suppose it helps the game be fun.

I see that those of you who've played it really like it so far.

Maybe just me but I'm just not sure that I need yet another shooter in my life especially another one with dated graphics and still in development.

Time will tell I guess

the graphics are not dated, the optimization is, on full its a great looking game... but 10 fps... but this game thus far is more than a shooter, it's dynamic and design forces even pubbies to play like a team, like no game i have played... definitely going to be worth the purchase

and unlike ALL the other shooters atm, it's taking a step back from high investment. this is a game where you can play for 8 hours happily or half hour. and no investment it's nice to go back to that format without a COD like experience

yeah the ONE thing which isn't very ww2 is the radio man you have in your back pocket, but on balance i think it's required to get the whole team working... the in game comms have channels to talk to command, the fire team and direct like arma... not accurate but i think a necessarily evil for the great teamwork i witnessed in the 5 hours i played it

and tbh... i dont mind being spoiled right now... a year or 18 months ago we were in the longest drought i've ever seen for shooters i want to play, we were all playing tanks or plane games with Arma as the only thing we had.. and that was for YEARS... so i'm perfectly happy having 2 or 3 or more that get me interested in picking up my rifle again
