Welcome to the forum or I should say welcome back. The whole ARMA II set up can seem rather daunting at first but it is a lot easier than it looks. Best approach is to try and catch us on TS where we can talk you through the installs. Don't worry about the graphics there are a couple of tweaks to make. In video options turn off (disable) post processing. In game options turn head bob down to zero. In audio options get rid of the crap music by turning it off completely.

The yoma thing is best explained as there is a new tweak linked to CBA mod but I don't want to confuse you so jump in TS some tiem and we can get you squared away in no time. As a head start (if you haven't already) download everthing identified in this post and its links Play Configuration
