Excuse my ignorance but is there a basic list of console commands and what they do for eth likes of Arma when you admin the server?

I picked a couple up from Jex and Riyker the other night after fathoming out what a pound looks like £ # Doh... but just wondered what basic commands I need.

Any help for the technoob gratefully received
